At Zen Art & Design we strive to bring you the best experience possible both in ordering and in enjoying our artisanal puzzles.
We here at Zen Art & Design strive to provide high quality products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the below guidelines for returns and exchanges.
You can request a return within thirty (30) days of purchase. To be eligible for refund all products must be originally sealed and in re-sellable condition.
Please contact us through our contact form and we will issue you a return identification number and provide you with return shipping information. You must include a copy of your receipt with the return identification number in the package. Returns without a identification number will not be accepted. Zen Art & Design does not cover the shipping charge for return packages.
Please allow ten (10) days to process your return and issue a refund. The original form of payment will then be credited.
Returns without the receipt will be given store credit for the current item price as listed on the website. Items that have been discontinued and are no longer available for sale on zenartdeisgn.com cannot be returned without a receipt.
You can request an exchange within thirty (30) days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange all products must be originally sealed and in re-sellable condition.
Please contact us through our contact form and we will issue you an exchange identification number and provide you with return shipping information. You must include a copy of your receipt with the exchange identification number in the package. You must also include the name of item you are requesting in exchange. Exchanges without a identification number will not be accepted. Zen Art & Design does not cover the shipping charge for return packages.
Please allow ten (10) days to process your exchange.
*We reserve the right to reject any retuned items upon quality inspection.

We use USPS & Fedex as shipping carriers.
During checkout, you will have the option to choose from:
USPS First Class (limited option for single Teaser orders only): 1-5 days delivery time
USPS Priority: 1-3 days delivery time
USPS Expedited – 1-2 days delivery time
Fedex Home Delivery: 1-5 days delivery time
All orders ship from the East Coast.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Packages are typically shipped out within 2 business days, but could take up to 7 business days depending on how busy we get. Backordered items may take 2-4 weeks to ship.
Q: Will you share my private information with anyone else?
A: Absolutely not! At Zen Art & Design, we value the privacy of our customers. We will not share your information with any other party for any reason.
Q: For which age groups are your puzzles recommended?
A: Zen Puzzles are designed and created for adults, but may be enjoyed by the intuitive puzzler ages eight and up. Zen Puzzles contain small parts that can be harmful if swallowed, so young children should have adult supervision at all times when playing.
Q: Where are your puzzles manufactured?
A: In the beautiful foothills of Western Massachusetts.
Q: What kind of wood is used in your puzzles?
A: FSC Certified Birch plywood.

A: A figural piece, also referred to as a whimsy or a whimsical piece, is a unique piece or group of pieces that are shaped like an object such a lion, tiger, flower, or person ice skating.
